Return Conditions
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request made within 14 days of receiving the product
- Item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
- Certain items (e.g., customized or personal care products) may be non-returnable
Return Process
- Email us at info@hygges.net with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Package the item securely and ship it to the provided return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.
Refund Method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
